CP UNLIMITED is Hiring a Residential Supervisor Near Wappingers Falls, NY
The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all services provided to all consumers in the residential program are being coordinated efficiently and effectively and in a safe manner. Will assume responsibility for the monitoring of household maintenance ensuring that the residence is clean, safe and all records are accurately maintained. Will also assist in interviewing, evaluating, supervising and disciplining staff, as well as assist in the supervision of record management for consumers and in the coordination of training and in-services on safety and facility procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 3 years of experience required in a residential program. Valid Driver’s License.
