Cozy Cannabis is a boutique and lifestyle shop that also delves into a variety of spiritual applications. Cannabis can be so much more than people think; it’s about healing, tuning in, and connecting with yourself and others. We are in the fight to destigmatize the atmosphere surrounding the products we sell, especially for parents, entrepreneurs, and seniors. We don’t want the customer to feel uncomfortable when they purchase our products. We want them to feel excited and safe. Additionally, we want to educate our customers on the products they are interested in and for them to leave without lingering questions.

A day in the life…

• Greet and direct customers, while building lasting relationships.
• Provide accurate information and answer all questions for customers.
• Inform customers about discounts, special offers, and classes.
• Give the best service to our customers on their terms.
• Provide customer feedback to the store manager.
• Cross-sell products.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and clean at all times.
• Manage returns.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and services.
• You will be required to work at both our Georgetown and Hutto locations.
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary depending on business needs.
• This role may require you to be flexible, to occasionally performing work/duties outside of your original job description.

Qualifications (Required)

• Must be 21 or older
• Proven work experience in a retail environment
• Experience with handling money and POS systems
• Experience with customer service
• Willingness to Learn
• Punctual
• Able to handle constructive criticism
• Works well with others
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High School degree or equivalent
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Organization and follow through

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
