Position Summary:

We are in search of a Marketing Manager with specific experience in the hospitality or vacation rental industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive bookings, and engage effectively with our target audience. This role is designed for an individual with a proven track record in marketing, who is looking to demonstrate their capabilities and lead innovative campaigns with the potential to grow into our Director of Marketing within the next two years.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to drive bookings, utilizing digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and partnerships.
• Vendor Management: Manage all 3rd party marketing vendor efforts and relationships.
• Content Strategy: Create and manage engaging content across various platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the digital footprint, including website optimization and social media engagement.
• Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with effective marketing tools and strategies.
• Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and all company brands.
• EOS Operations: Run your schedule and team based on the EOS Operating Systems.

Qualifications:

• Solid marketing experience in the hospitality or vacation rental sector.
• Demonstrated ability to execute effective marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Website design and development, with WordPress skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Must be a great fit for our team and culture who is genuine and a team player.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 55-65k based on experience.
