Coyote South is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Santa Fe, NM
Coyote South is looking for Part-Time to Full-Time front desk agent. If you have great customer skills and enjoy assisting people this is the position for you. We are located on 3358 Cerrillos Rd Santa Fe, New Mexico. Submit your resume.
The part-time shifts and the hours are 3pm -11pm.
Below are some duties:
*Ensure proper completion of all front
*Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complementary breakfast area.
*Handle guest complaints effectively
*Process reservations by mail, telephone, and central reservation system
*Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
*Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
*Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associates
