Summary
The Infusion Center Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients scheduled in our chemotherapy and ambulatory infusion centers, as well as within our inpatient oncology spaces. This includes order verification and oversight of hazardous and non-hazardous drug compounding, collaboration with the nursing team and providers regarding patient regimens, active involvement with service line committees, and the provision of patient education.
