Cox Trucking Inc is Hiring a Fleet Maintenance Manager Near Newport, MI
Manager will oversee all aspects of shop operations including but not limited to; managing departments budget. Hire, train, develop, motivate and evaluate staff. Provide clear direction to staff on repairs to be performed, ensure timliness of those repairs and inspect for accuracy. Manage vendor/outside repair vendor relationships, review and approve parts requisitions. Review, edit and approve invoices of repairs complete. Handle emergency breakdown calls as they occur. Schedules in repairs and PM's in orderly manner by degree of necessity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
