Cox Pools Service is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool QA Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance on work orders and checklists related to swimming pool installations, as well as handling warranty repairs. Reporting directly to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our pool installations and customer satisfaction. This position involves travel and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance inspections on swimming pool installations according to established checklists and work orders.
• Identify and document any defects or issues in installations, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Perform warranty repairs on swimming pool systems and components.
• Collaborate with the installation team to address and rectify quality concerns.
• Prepare detailed reports on QA findings and provide regular updates to the Vice President.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including warranty repairs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Clean driving record (required by fleet insurance).
• Ability to travel as needed for job assignments.
• Availability for occasional weekend work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in pool installations or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and manual labor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
