Cox Fountain Hills is Hiring an Office Sales & Service Representative Near Fountain, AZ

We’re looking for a naturally friendly, helpful "people" person to assist our customers in getting a high caliber printing/copying/graphic design experience. We want a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills. This is a key role in our small business (3 people).

No formal experience is required but previous experience in customer service is a huge plus.

Salary starts at $ 18.00 per hour during the 90-day probationary period, with an increase to $ 19.00 per hour possible, based upon performance.

Hours are Monday-Friday and are flexible with 4-5 hours per day either mornings or afternoons. No weekends or evenings!

Copy Express was started in August 2002 as a blueprint copying company. We have expanded over the years to meets virtually all of the printing, copying and graphic designs needs of the Fountain Hills community. We currently offer literally thousands of items including simple copies, large banners & signs, business cards, trade show displays, brochures, postcards and much, much more.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Work with our existing customer base to ensure that we deliver the highest caliber experience in the industry.
  • Assist the owner with various projects (no previous experience needed) and customer-service related tasks.
  • Take introductory meetings either in person, over the phone or via email, with new and existing clients to determine how we can best help them. achieve their goals.
  • Answer phones & review emails when needed.
  • Reply to email & phone inquiries.
  • Estimate print, copy & graphic design orders.
  • Greet & help walk-in customers.

Track & order in house supplies & materials.

  • Handle and resolve customers’ issues.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure our customers were happy with their orders
  • Willingness to help wherever is needed. Sometimes that means assisting production, cleaning, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Most important: A great attitude and a naturally friendly and helpful demeanor. This just can't be faked. You’ve got to actually like people and care about them having a good experience with us.
  • There's a fair amount of info that needs to be entered with each order, so you have to be organized & accurate & detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills, such as prioritization, follow-up and follow-through.
  • Outstanding customer service skills. You should be able to deal with customer issues effectively and diffuse situations smoothly when needed.
  • Ability to concentrate and multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and productive.
  • Completely comfortable with computers and common applications. We will train.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The willingness & desire to figure out what needs to be done on any kind of project given to you without requiring your hand to be held. A self-starter.
