Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop parts coordinator to join our team. As a Body Shop parts coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing part damage, be detail oriented and coordinating with the necessary departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Duties:
- Inspect parts and must be able to recognize damage on parts.
- Have working knowledge of automotive parts.
- Organize and stage parts for future repairs.
- Manage the order management system to track parts.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including shipping, receiving, sourcing, and inventory control
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy on incoming part deliveries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
