- Preparation of customer equipment, product, and assemblies for painting; prime, paint, sand and buff materials.
- Assemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company and customer quality standards.
- Demonstrate an understanding of mixing paints and the proper use of paint spraying equipment.
- Proficient in the use of air and electrical power tools.
- Following all company safety protocols and policies.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Three (3) plus years of industrial painting experience.
- Experience in material handling and shipping/receiving preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and completing work with a sense of urgency.
