Responsibilities:

-Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration and repairs on a wide variety of PCB manufacturing equipment.
-Perform equipment installation, development and optimization projects.
-Respond to maintenance requests and identify problems and resolutions.
-Assist outside vendors and process engineers on specifications.
-Use available tools and identify/enter purchasing reqs for tools as needed.
-Maintain tools and parts inventories.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Previous experience or familiarity with industrial machines, high-speed conveyors and automation.
-Familiar with electrical wiring and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
-Familiar with PLC/HMI/PC control systems.
-Familiar with the use of various test equipment such as micrometers, veneers and oscilloscopes.
-Ability to perform replacement of mechanical assemblies.
-Ability to fabricate simple parts.
-Strong communication and analytical skills.
-Two-years degree or higher preferred.
