- Exhibits knowledge of hours of operation, menu prices, table numbers, and basic equipment including the POS system.
- Anticipates needs of guests, facilitating Food and Beverage orders courteously and efficiently, utilizing polite upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Presents checks and collects payments in an organized manner.
- Maintains dining and service stations by keeping the areas tidy, cleaning, and stocking as needed.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Local experience is a plus!
- Ability to identify and resolve problems including difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Team mentality and an all-hands approach.
- Ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures.
- Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Serving Permit complying with state requirements.
