Job Description:

The Operation Planning Team manages the company's vision and policies, including planning, education and training, and internal/external satisfaction surveys, evaluations, and analysis. The planning department establishes long-term vision and annual policies to oversee enterprise-wide operations. The education department develops an annual education plan based on established policies and regularly provides training to employees. The Operation Planning Team systematically measures and analyzes customer satisfaction, manages and monitors service quality.

회사의 비전 및 정책을 관리하는 기획, 교육운영, 내∙외부 운영 조사∙평가∙분석 등을 수행합니다. 기획 부문은 중장기 비전 및 연간 정책를 수립하여 전사적인 운영 및 기획을 총괄합니다. 교육 부문은 수립한 정책에 기초하여 연간 교육계획을 세우고, 컨텐츠 개발하여 임직원에게 정기적으로 교육을 진행합니다. 고객만족도에 대한 체계적인 측정 및 분석, 서비스 품질 관리 및 모니터링을 합니다.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.

• Passionate about project participation.

• Strong collaboration and unity skills.

• Strategic planning and analytical thinking skills.

· MS오피스(워드, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등) 사용 가능.

· 한국어/ 영어 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력
