Junior/ Assistant Project Manager position at 3rd generation Construction Management company specializing in medium sized ground up, brand, retail, medical office buildouts, office building rehab type projects in NYC and surrounding suburbs available. Work closely with management learning to execute all facets of commercially based construction projects from start to finish including: job reporting, bidding, procuring, buying-out, trade coordination, writing submittals and RFI’s, working with architects, engineers and design teams, helping create and maintaining schedules. Ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, good at problem solving and not afraid to work. Prior experience “working with your hands” helpful. Must have driver’s license.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook,, etc.
ProCore, Sage, Timberline, Smartsheet a plus
