WHAT WE OFFER

• An Assistant Production Operator supports the manufacture of quality films.
• Starting pay for this role is $22.69 shift differential.
• $1,000 signing bonus.
• Day shift (7am - 7pm) and Night shift (7pm – 7am) available.
• Every other weekend OFF!

This an entry level position, where you will receive training to perform the daily activities associated with the specialty film production process. This is a full-time role, which will allow you to learn more about our plant operations, potentially leading to career opportunities with increased responsibilities and compensation.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Operators with running process equipment and process control technology to ensure production safety, quality, and reliability.
• Record process and product information, test quality control samples, and complete production order paperwork.
• Maintain proper condition of equipment and working areas, including housekeeping.
• Prepare raw materials, finished goods, and packaging to ensure effective and timely production operations.
• Drive a fork truck.
