Job Responsibilities and Characteristics

Customer Service a must

• Sorts and distributes mail

• Supports sales and leasing activities

• Supports property vendors/ couriers

• Maintains inventory and stock of supplies

• Works collaboratively with client employees

• Able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and kind manner

• Greets all residents and guests by providing superior service excellence

• Understands all essential aspects of the client’s organization and operation

• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with residents and guests

• Builds knowledge of local area amenities to best answer resident and guest questions

• Answers phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone and communicates messages when necessary

• Assists residents and guests in a professional and efficient manner and provides follow-up when necessary

Experience and Education

• High school degree or GED required

• Some higher education credits preferred

• Minimum one-year service excellence/ customer service experience required

• Working knowledge of office software, mailroom activities, point-of-sale and phone systems

Work Environment

• Will be working inside a Class A Trophy property with 6 to 8 hours of standing and walking
