Covenant Physician Partners is hiring a Fulltime Clinical Systems Analyst at our corporate headquarters located in Downtown Nashville, TN.
SHIFT: This is a remote or hybrid position with 3-days in office in Nashville and 2-days work from home.
About the Opportunity
Works directly with end users, support desk and application vendor to support an EMR Clinical System in an Ambulatory Surgery Center and Physician Practice environment. Focuses on Tier II support and troubleshooting of workflows, new process, system errors and additional functionality. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be extremely customer service oriented. Enjoys learning new things and solving problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting clinical staff on an EMR Clinical System.
• Work with clinical staff and physicians to support an EMR system.
• Work with the Support Desk and Clinical Trainers to support an EMR system.
• Maintain and update training materials as needed to aid in the educational process.
• Analyzing computer information systems and identifying areas for improvement.
• Educate users related to hardware, software, systems and processes.
• Communicate with vendors on system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements - testing, communications, etc.
• Track, prioritize, document, and resolve requests using a Support Desk ticket system.

About the Candidate

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in the healthcare / medical field is required.
• Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Systems experience and/or clinical experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Physician Practice a plus.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• A professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
• Must understand patient care processes in a procedure-based environment.
