What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, you'll be the superhero ensuring quality care through staff monitoring, physician contact, care planning, and daily resident observation. Your role includes providing direct care to residents, maintaining high nursing standards, and upholding State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily direction: Assist and monitor nursing assistants, ensuring high nursing standards and task completion.
• Training: Orient new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, reinforcing training standards.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations and suggestions.
• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement, colostomy care, and more.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• License: Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State.
• Experience: One year of nursing experience.
• Passion: Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.

• Pay Range: $35.05 - $41 per hour
• Shift: Full time PM shift LVN (3pm-11:30pm)
