About Us:
Covenant Living is committed to the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. As a Health Office Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in promoting whole person wellness and providing support to our residential living residents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate residential clinic operations and provide guidance on medications and health inquiries.
• Collaborate with residents and community resources to maximize wellness.
• Keep abreast of residents' functional status and provide updates to the Life Connect team.
• Maintain positive relationships with physicians and hospitals.
• Participate in orientation of new residents and coordinate educational programs for wellness promotion.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current RN license.
• Experience in assessing and intervening with seniors/geriatric clients preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills required.
• Current CPR certification and proficiency in relevant software programs.
