PositionSummary:
Provide administrative coverage for the patient service functions related to the operation of the physician practice. Greets, assists, and directs visitors, patients, and others upon contact to the clinic. Takes appropriate information from patients upon arrival.

Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
One (1) year customer facing/customer service and/or medical office experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Keyboarding skills, excellent communication skills perferred.
