Description
Under minimal supervision, the Financial Counselor provides financial counseling to in-house patients, processes Financial Assistance Applications, and assists patient/guarantors with the resolution of their account balances.

Required qualifications:
Customer Service experience.
Third party follow-up, government follow-up, patient collections, account resolution, billing, and/or cash applications.
2 years Patient Accounting experience in a physician office, hospital, or medical collections.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of college or 1 year business experience.
Medical Business Office experience in a physician office or hospital.
