Description

Provides system and informatics analysis and education related to the patient feedback, patient satisfaction systems, and other performance improvement databases. Conducts and creates queries and reports from these databases to support the hospital's performance improvement programs. This position collates and analyzes Magnet's Nurse Sensitive Indicators (NSI) and Patient Experience and Caregiver Engagement Surveys, as well as creates and performs an initial analysis of data being shared with the Board of Trustees, Management Team, and various hospital committees.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with analysis of healthcare quality and/or patient experience data.
