Scheduling flexibility to include a combination of 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts

Caseloads comprised of 40% Orthopedic, 30% General Surgery & 30% combination of Neuro/Plastic Surgery, Podiatry & Gynecology, on average

No Obstetrics, Cardiothoracic, Urology or Trauma patients - bread & butter cases only; no after hours or weekend call responsibility
