Covenant Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company dedicated to keeping the buildings of our clients properly cleaned and maintained, is accepting applications for full-time Floor Technicians (Project Workers).

Applicants must be willing to work evenings (2nd shift) and weekends as needed; should be detailed, energetic, thorough, and able to perform work in a timely manner. Floor Technicians (Project Workers) must be able to strip, wax, and buff floors, clean carpet, and/ or willing to learn all aspects of floor care.

Applicants MUST have their own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as they will be driving company vehicles, to be considered for the position. Applicants will be required to drive to multiple buildings a night, being compensated for travel time between locations. Applicants MUST also be able to pass a background check to be considered.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
