Cove is looking for a Warehouse Manager to create a roadmap and assist with accelerating the growth of our DTC business. This position will directly manage a team of 5 and be responsible for 5,000 weekly shipments.

This position reports to the CEO, CFO, and COO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and manage inventory and shipping functions.
• Manage warehouse staff, planning, monitoring, and assessing team.
• Leading, coaching and developing programs to support and develop employees.
• Process oriented - Be able to evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes.
• Lead a team of supervisors, coaching and mentoring the growth of team members as well as scheduling and training warehouse personnel.
• Responsible for the daily opening / closing of the facility, expected to be on premise between 8AM – 5PM.
• Participates in weekly leadership meetings and capable of influencing the agenda to ensure key concerns are addressed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, industry experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• 2-5 years of warehouse management and logistics experience
• 3PL management experience preferred, not required
• Knowledge of Shipbob's operating systems preferred, not required
• Ability to be on-site 5 days a week, 8-5pm
• Previous experience managing a team effectively, with a proven track record
