Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and CreekFire Resort at all times by committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability.
• To treat all internal and external customers with respect, embrace your role as a problem-solver who is committed to continual improvement, and exceed guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
• Greets guests, assists with inquiries, and processes payments for food orders in a timely manner.
• Displays positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
• Keeps store and check-out area clean at all times.
• Processes sale of store items, returns, and exchanges following proper procedure.
• Responsible for stocking and pricing store items.
• Supports with amenity rentals including golf carts, kayaks and bicycles.
• Maintains knowledge of items sold in store.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities and CreekFire policy at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Superior customer service skills.
• Prior cash handling and point of sale systems experience preferred.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment.
