Drivers will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans and flat beds.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Safety is the number one goal of all CES employees. Drivers must operate equipment in a safe manner following DOT and company policies / regulations.Driving commercial vehicle to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely while meeting scheduled appointments and following all DOT regulations.Ensure placarding of vehicle meets DOT regulationsMaintain paperwork - expense reports, time sheets, vehicle inspection reports, Manifests and job sheetsInspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and waterSecures cargo prior to and during transitOther duties as assigned QualificationsCDL Class A or B with HazMat and Tanker endorsementsClean driving recordMinimum 2 years commercial driving experienceAbility to use a tablet for E-LogsAbide by standard DOT regulations at all timesThis position requires the employee to sit and drive for long periods of timeMust be able to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 pounds“Due to this positions interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations, candidates must be 21 years or older” Additional InformationJob ID # 7494All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
