What are we looking for?

• You’re a PASSIONATE individual with a desire to build a winning restaurant team
• You’re a natural leader with a knack for teaching others how to be the best
• You’re obsessed with high standards and high-quality work, and you hold your restaurant team to those same standards every day
• You’re enthusiastic about the details -- from the clean door handles to the inventory in your walk-in cooler – you make sure your store reflects perfection
• You’ve got hustle and love the excitement of the restaurant business where no two days are the same
• You take pride in your presentation, whether that’s the subs you serve or the uniform you wear – a positive first impression is important to you
• While not a requirement, having some experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Must be reliable and punctual.
