Responsible for ensuring the supervision of all Bakers and all preparation of all required baked goods are conducted and prepared in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort specifications and standards. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises all Bakers in the absence of Pastry Chef. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to two years baking experience
