Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure that they are cleaned to the highest standards

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned on a regular basis

- Respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed by housekeeping staff

- Maintain a positive and professional working environment for all housekeeping staff

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
