Courtyard Manor Swartz Creek is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Swartz, MI
Looking for a Handy Person to fill Our Maintenace Technician Position. We are a Health Care Facility licensed as AFC = Adult Foster Care / Assisted Living & Memory Care. The position starts out at $16.00 dollars per hour. The hours could be 4 or 8 per day but are a total of 20 per week. There are no benefits with this part time positon. There is a possibility of higher pay, more hours, and benefits if willing to work at 2 locations. The 2 locations would be Swartz Creek and Howell. Working the 2 locations makes it possible to offer 40 hours per week, a starting pay of $17.00 per hour, along with benefits. Keep in mind with both offers there is a 90 day review with a possible increase of pay based on performance. The position is light Maintenace much like or similiar to things you might fix at home. The psoition would also include setting up inspections as well as managing contracts for various sub contractors. Overall upkeep of the facility or facilities.
