Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong cash handling skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus
- Excellent salesmanship and upselling abilities
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
