Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization within hotel rooms.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all visitors
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in housekeeping management
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and tools
