**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities in optimal condition to ensure smooth operations.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment

- Familiarity with pool maintenance

- HVAC knowledge and repairs

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed

- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential maintenance concerns

- Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Fabricate and weld components when necessary

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities

- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools

- Experience in facilities maintenance

- Ability to lead and supervise maintenance projects

- Proficient in English for effective communication

- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking

- Preventative Maintenance Work
