How do I make an impact on my team?
Our reliable and honest Hotel Security Guard is devoted to providing friendly customer service while also ensuring our guests a safe and worry-free hotel stay.

• Completes multiple rounds of premises to detect potential sources of security problems,
  safety hazards and fire hazards.
• Assists guest with security, safety, and service issues.
• Ensures all entrances are locked each night and all closets, storage areas, trash and linen
  chutes are locked at all times.
• Responds promptly to front desk reports of guests problems or concerns, informs front
  desk when action is complete.
• Responds to emergencies, coordinates the partial or complete evacuation of the property
  in case of fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats as
  necessary.
• Monitors property key control to ensure that all property keys are accounted for.
• Responds promptly to inquiries or complaints.

What does success look like in this role?

• Must have at least a minimum of 1 year experience in security
• Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of self-insurability
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Reliability and honesty
• Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
