Courtyard Marriott located downtown Tulsa is seeking a FULL TIME Front Desk Associate to work the evening shift coming in at 3pm and getting off at 11pm Wednesday through Sunday.
Salary range is $14to $15 depending on hotel front desk experience. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Duties:

- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality management preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
