Description: Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Waterfront is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Bistro Cook. As a Bistro Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the culinary excellence of our bistro operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a cook in a similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
