```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. ```Responsibilities``` - Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections - Train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols - Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and coordinate procurement as needed - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including reading schematics and troubleshooting - Experience in maintaining HVAC systems and other facility equipment - Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role - Proven ability to manage a team effectively - Familiarity with high voltage systems is preferred - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed If you are a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in maintenance operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
