Club Director

The Club Director retains the position of driving the organization’s culture from the club level, both internally and externally. They have direct oversight of daily club operations and member experience, and are responsible for developing leadership skills within the Fitness Manager and Club Staff.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Club Vision - Gain clarity to communicate clarity
   • Embody and reinforce the Core Values
   • Provide Department Direction
   • Staff Development Plan 
2. Club Objectives
   • Direct & drive member initiatives
   • Establish clear paths for sales & growth
   • Understand your club P&L to review results
3. Club Delivery
   • Know the Strategic Anchors - Simple, Fun, & Quality
   • Inspect the foundation of the anchors - clean & maintained, connection, product knowledge. 

Duties Include

• Oversight of the daily operation of club; identify and respond to present or potential problems
• Oversight of the member experience and issues
• Create a club culture that is inviting and retains members and staff
• Leadership development with the Fitness Manager
• Continued club staff development of Fitness Support and Trainers alongside the Fitness Manager
• Enforce staff and member policies
• Drive profitability- Core Dues, Ancillary, and control overhead
