Job Title: CFO / Accounting Director / Controller

Company Overview: We are a 48 year old commercial printer. We are a $20mil organization that produces high quality books, booklets, brochures, and marketing collateral for a variety of industries. We are a financially sound company with steady growth and advanced accounting practices. We use Microsoft’s Business Central for our ERP/MIS systems, and GUSTO for Payroll. We are dedicated to continuous improvement strategies companywide.

Job Summary: We are looking for an accountant to run our accounting department of 2-3 persons.

· Candidate must have extremely strong accounting/bookkeeping experience and skills.

· Candidate must have experience in manufacturing setting, and with Business Central.

· Candidate must have high ethics.

· Looking for a highly skilled candidate that can hire employees for department, train, run all necessary accounting functions, payroll, AR, AP, state and local taxes, as well as HR and benefits duties.

Compensation: $120k - $150k based on experience and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounting Department, staff, books, ledgers, and systems.

· Able to handle the daily tasks of AR/AP, but also delegate, train, and oversee smaller tasks.

· Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial responsibilities reports, and taxes.

Transition: Our current CFO is looking for a change of pace and has offered to stay on for a few months to help during this transition.She will help train and educate new candidate on our processes and procedures. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
