POSITION SUMMARY
The person in this position is responsible for handling all appeals, either in cases handled by the Public Defender's Office as well as from private attorneys. This includes appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Supreme Court as well as the Commonwealth Court. In addition, the Appellate Assistant Public Defender will be responsible for handling all PCRAs to which the office is appointed.
