General Summary:

Under the supervision of the Superintendent, manages an office engaged in a variety of functions in support of the financial stability of the facility. Applies for client benefits from appropriate sources, maintains resident accounts, prepares financial and activity reports for the Superintendent and the Social Services Board, and performs other support activities.

Employment Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduation or equivalent with advanced coursework in office management and accounting. Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Medical or Legal Office Management preferred.

Experience: Three years of progressively more responsible office experience which provided familiarity with medical billing and entitlement programs. Prior experience working with disabled adults desirable.

Other Requirements: Valid Drivers License; able to obtain C.P.R. certification; able to meet Adult Foster Care licensing requirements.
