MCNH is reopening our Skilled Nursing Care Unit in the upcoming months! The Unit Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Skilled Unit including the coordination of resident's skilled care, discharge process and management of unit staff. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Three years of charge nurse or supervisory experience or any combination of education and experience which demonstrate possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the N.H. Board of Nursing.A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
