The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking to fill the position of Chief Deputy Director Health Services Operations (UC). The Chief Deputy Director, HS, Operations, working closely with the DHS Director, has the responsibility for directing the planning, administration, and management of multiple, complex and sensitive functions across the Department of Health Services (DHS). This position is responsible for guiding the departmental mission, vision, policy and strategy, as well as formulating and recommending policies and objectives, designs and implementing strategic direction. 

This position is unclassified, distinguished by its executive and administrative responsibilities, and reports to the Director of Health Services.
