HOME DELIVERED MEAL ASSESSORTemporary ClericalDivision of Aging, Disability & Behavioral Health Services The Home Delivered Meal Assessor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the appropriateness of meals delivered to individuals. Client interaction and assessment of needs will be a focal point in this position. The assessor will also facilitate quarterly nutrition advisory council meetings.
