County Market is Hiring a Bookkeeper - Full Time Near Vandalia, MO
County Market, in Vandalia, Missouri is accepting applications/resume for a FULL TIME BOOKKEEPER.
What does the job entail?
- Daily processing of the cash envelope reporting sales
- Balancing cashier tills and the bookkeeping office cash on hand
- Process week ending book work
- Quarter end inventory
- Prepare bank deposits
- Order and process change from the bank
- Performs product scanning and processing of customer’s order at the lanes and/or customer service desk
- Answers incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Retail Bill Out Duties Including:
- Reconciling DSD Receiver invoices with IMS and NFI Data Transfer
- Reconciles vendor invoice statements for end of the month
- Maintains filling system per company policy
- Assist with stocking
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Compensation - BOE. FT, Hourly position with benefits that include annual wage reviews, medical, dental, prescription and life insurance, paid holidays, vacations. We are an Associate owned company with a retirement plan that includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Profit Sharing and 401K
