Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer/Operator to join our team. As a Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to construction and operation tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and excavators
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Assist with construction projects by following instructions from supervisors
- Ensure worksite safety by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
