Your mission will be to keep the culture positive and the team efficient, to ensure that each patient and client receive the best standard of veterinary medicine and attention they deserve. You will work closely with the operations director, the doctors, and the support team. You will be responsible for the scheduling of the staff, keeping up with monthly reports, educating and training the staff, and general responsibilities that keep the clinic working effectively and efficiently.
