Classroom Floater - Little Miami Learning Center

Maineville, OH (Part-Time, onsite)

The YMCA is a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening our community by connecting all people to their potential, purpose and each other! Working locally, we focus on supporting young people, improving health and well-being, and inspiring action in and across communities!

We are seeking an a Childcare Floater for our Little Miami Learning Center.

Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years of age, high school graduate. Applicants with prior childcare or early education experience is a plus. Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Hours and Days M-F, 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Rate of pay: $13.67 per hour, may increase based upon education and experience.

Childcare tuition discounts:

Discounts available for working minimum of 29 hours per week: Receive 1/2 off tuition for your children under age 3 or free tuition over age 3.

Continuing education:

Following 6 months of employment, TEACH Grant opportunities are available for FREE education: CDA Certification, Associates and Bachelors in Early Education.

All part-time staff working a minimum of 16 hours per quarter will receive a complimentary individual membership to the Countryside YMCA!
