Countryside Veterinary Hospital is looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, confident, and outgoing to fill a receptionist/customer service representative position. The applicant must be a team player who enjoys their job and shows attention to detail. Some of the responsibilities include promptly answering the phone, cheerfully scheduling appointments, warmly greeting clients and efficiently checking clients out after their visit. The most important responsibility at Countryside Veterinary Hospital is to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients. We are a fast paced hospital in Toney, AL that offers boarding and grooming along with all of our clients' veterinary needs. Countryside is a drug-free workplace with pre-employment testing.
We are hiring for a full-time position. The full-time position includes 10-hour shifts during the week and 5-6 hours every other Saturday morning. Applicants must be flexible with scheduling and willing to take on extra hours if requested. Experience working as a veterinary receptionist is not required but applicant must have experience in the medical receptionist or veterinary field. Starting salary is $14.20 an hour but could increase based upon experience.
